I stumbled upon this image on Monday, and I was instantly smitten with the playful hints of feminine and preppy. Is it really any surprise? Polka Dots - Check! Ruffles, Bows, & Scallop Details - Check! Navy Blue - Check! Then it occurred to me that I own several of these wardrobe staples and this look was suddenly a no-brainer. Why didn't I think of this?
