Happy Friday! I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Are you sick of leftovers yet? Ha ha! Unfortunately, our fridge is chock full of food, and there are only three of us to chip away at what's left. We plan on spending the weekend outdoors -- swimming, hiking, etc. Our Turkey Day spread was pretty gluttonous for such a small group of people. That's how it's supposed to be, right? It looks like we'll have to hike Koko Head a few times in order to make up for the atrocious, but blissful, amount we've been eating. What are your weekend plans? Will you be partaking in any Black Friday madness? I usually try to steer clear from the shopping insanity. I prefer Cyber Monday, where I can sit in my pajamas and shop from home. Cue the Christmas tunes (insert She & Him holiday album), it's time for me to start drafting my list of presents to purchase. Oh, what fun!
Now, while I get out my notepad and paper to start brainstorming gift ideas, I'll leave you with a delightful quote and a few charming images...
P.S. Not sure what to do with those pesky leftovers? Check out some of these recipes.
love that quote its great. we still have leftovers even after we ate some for dinner, and there are 6 of us! i might have to take advantage of them and make turkey noodle soup.
